What this card is
A hand comes out of a cloud holding a single wand that is still sprouting green leaves, a few of them drifting off as it moves. It is the seed of something rather than the finished thing: an idea, an urge, a spark of appetite that has not been shaped yet. The card carries heat and beginning, not outcome. It says the fuel exists; what happens with it is a separate question.
