Refund Policy

Every Reading is a digital service created individually for you at the moment you order it. Like a completed consultation, a generated Reading cannot be "returned".

The Service is deemed fully performed at the moment your Reading is generated and displayed or made available in your account.

Once a Reading has been generated, the purchase is non-refundable, except in the cases listed in section 4 below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

By placing an order you expressly request that we begin performance immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once generation of your Reading begins. If you paid but generation has not yet begun, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

We will refund you in full if: you were charged but no Reading was delivered due to a technical failure; you were charged twice for the same order; or you were charged an incorrect amount.

Contact support@lumen.app within 14 days of the charge, including the email of your account and, if possible, the order reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days (bank processing times vary).

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the already-paid period. Unless required by law, we do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of an ongoing period.

Readings are symbolic guidance generated individually; disagreement with an interpretation is not a defect of the service and is not a ground for a refund. That said, we care about your experience — write to us, and where appropriate we may regenerate a Reading as a gesture of goodwill.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — honest issues are resolved faster directly. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback for a duly delivered Reading is treated as abuse and may lead to suspension of your account and refusal of future service, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. If this policy is translated, the English version prevails.
